IG Husband 5.0 - Milk Oolong Infused Cookies & Cream
If you’re new to the chocolate season, here is the scoop! My husband Tyler always creates one unique flavour for each of my launches. He comes up with his flavour components and design ideas and I go about bringing them to life!
His focus (in his words) is to satisfy the basic b*tch flavour needs of my chocolate fans, while elevating them in a way that makes them fit into my collection.
For this bar, we infused his Oolong tea of choice into white chocolate for FOUR days in a sous vide. The result is a creamy and subtle note of Oolong (although Tyler will say it is a PUNCH of Oolong - I politely disagree).
I made the most delicious Oreo cookies from scratch and then stamped them into beautiful patterned cookies.
We smashed this combo together and here’s what we have! We hope you love our food love as much as we do <3.
